PolyGradeX is a web application that makes it possible to simulate and optimize the operation of polymer production plants. By combining economics-based optimization with the management of transitions between products, it enables production planning over broad time horizons.

Multiple simulations can be created for the same model, allowing the same production scheme to be used across different production periods. The extensive reporting section makes it possible to share the information calculated by the application with the different actors in the production process.
