Dr. Alberto Ferrucci, former vice president of the ERG group, founded the company in the mid-1980s to offer consulting services based on his experience in improving the profitability of private refineries. The company provides specialized consulting and software solutions; it delivers its consulting services through a network of process engineering specialists. An internal team of analysts and software designers develops the software solutions.
